the staff proved attentive, friendly, and also pragmatic. this applied both in person and online, which i found wonderful. its location is outright awesome. metros and a food court were all very close.
the windows offered zero soundproofing and cracks existed. these cracks were stuffed with towels. my room, facing the street, experienced significant noise.

The location is quite central, Maxwell St Hawker Centre is really close. I found easy access to China Town and other cultural sites. The shared kitchen is well equipped with a coffee machine and readily available drinking water. I really liked that.
The room was a bit small with little space to put my luggage.

the location is very convenient close to many shops and public transport options i found many food options nearby too the room's air conditioning worked well it was very welcome. the tv offered netflix i watched it quite a bit
